The Park-N-Dine Restaurant, famous for serving good food in a family atmosphere since 1946, operated under the same management (Roger Burnett family) for 60 years. Open seven days a week, 364 days a year, the Park-N-Dine only closed on Christmas Day. Before purchasing the restaurant, Chef Fred Salimi

spent more than 20 years as Executive Chef of a major restaurant in Baltimore and has held numerous positions including Corporate Chef at major U.S. Restaurants.

Park-N-Dine's non-pretentious atmosphere is achieved through a flowing residential design, located next to the historic C&O Canal and Western Maryland Rail-Trail. It is not unusual to see hikers on the C&O Canal or bikers on the Western Maryland Rail-Trail from the main dining room. A view of the Potomac River and Morgan Copunty, West Virginia may also be seen during fall and winter months when leaves have fallen from the trees.
